Welcome to Bharatpreneurs 2025 – A National Conclave for SMEs, MSMEs, Entrepreneurs & Industry Leaders. By registering or purchasing a ticket to the event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. General Admission

• Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or confirmation pass.
• Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.
• Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.

2. Entry & Attendance

• Government-issued ID proof is mandatory for entry.
• Entry may be denied to individuals under the influence of alcohol or engaging in any inappropriate behaviour.
• The organizers reserve the right to restrict entry or evict anyone found violating the event code of conduct or causing disruptions.

3. Event Schedule & Changes

• The event schedule, speakers, panellists, or venue is subject to change without prior notice.
• Any changes will be communicated via official Bharatpreneurs communication channels (email, website, or SMS).

4. Photography & Recording

• By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio/video recordings and their usage for promotional purposes.
• Unauthorized video recording, photography, or live streaming of sessions is strictly prohibited.

5. Health & Safety

• All participants are expected to follow venue safety instructions and guidelines.
• The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings.

6. Force Majeure

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamity, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.), Bharatpreneurs 2025 may be postponed or cancelled.
• In such cases, the organizers will attempt to reschedule. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the situation and platform policies.

7. Conduct & Networking Etiquette

• Bharatpreneurs is a professional platform. All attendees must maintain respect, decorum, and ethical conduct.
• Misuse of contact information shared during networking sessions is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

• By registering, you consent to receive updates and communication related to Bharatpreneurs and its partners.
• Your personal data will be handled securely and used strictly in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Stall Bookings & Exhibitor Policy

• Exhibitors and stall participants must adhere to the design, branding, and setup instructions provided by the Bharatpreneurs team.
• Stall space is allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. The organizers reserve the right to reassign stall locations if necessary.

10. Organizers' Rights

• The organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at their sole discretion.
• All decisions by the Bharatpreneurs Organizing Committee will be final and binding.
